effective climate control fast wifi comfortable bed short walk
The room included effective climate control and fast WiFi. I found the bed super comfortable and I slept well each night. The location proved very convenient. The city centre is a short walk. Breakfast options included variety. The staff was friendly.
I noticed one of the lifts was out of service but this wasn't a huge problem.

friendly staff parking concession
The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping. Parking concession was a bonus. Breakfast had a fab selection.
I found the noise levels quite high due to traffic. Lorries operated throughout the night. This noise woke me up multiple times, even on the fourth floor.

The location was ideal. my room was clean and modern. A superior double room, specifically. the bed was very comfortable, nice for restful sleep. i found the air conditioning quite effective, especially nice.
One minor issue, the selection of tv channels was somewhat limited. More variety would be nice, for the tv programs.

Breakfast offered a good selection of both hot and cold items, including vegetarian sausages. The buffet included freshly baked bread and pastries. A coffee machine provided various coffee options, ensuring a good start to the day.

convenient location good room size comfortable bed stained carpet cramped room torn towel
the location is quite convenient. i could easily access shops. the room size was good with ample space for luggage. the bed was a queen size (very comfortable!).
the carpet in the corridor had many stains. the room felt quite cramped considering the price. a bath towel had a hole in it.
